I've been working for Wizards for many years, and for the most part it's been great. Although a lot of people here think that I work at their offices as a fulltime member of staff, I actually don't. Practically all the artists who work on Magic, Dungeons and Dragons etc are freelance artists and are scattered all over the place.
It's quite strange, I've been producing art for Wizards for about four years now, and I still don't know what one of the art directors looks like, lol! :-)

I totally understand. I have a book published and have illustrated 8 covers for random companies and I have never met a single one. I am right now trying to shape up my fantasy art to try to work for WOTC.
